CMW Geosciences in Hamilton NZ recently completed the Geotechnical Completion Report for Stage 1 of the Lakeside development for our client - Winton. This ensured that our client could obtain the 224c certificate from the local council allowing development to commence. CMW are currently undertaking the GCR for the next stages from home, including undertaking slope stability analyses of a 15m high natural escarpment based on pre lockdown survey data illustrating predevelopment and finished ground profiles. In addition the lockdown is providing our staff a great opportunity to review the actual settlement monitoring data obtained during the summer, with our earlier predictions and ensuring compliance with Building Code Standards.
